Considering the tax on our wellness and happiness during the last couple of years, changes within the profession, along with personal struggles outside of work, many of us are running on empty tanks, making knee-jerk reactions and gut-feeling decisions amidst the chaos around us and within our personal lives. Dipping from principles of psychology and my experience in life coaching and business coaching, I'll discuss the 3 major blunders many are making and offer insightful, practical solutions to these common oversights.

Call for Nominations
The MDHA Board is looking to fill two vacancies for the 2022-23 year. The Board meets approximately 8 times per year. We are currently meeting virtually but expect at some point to go back to some in person meetings, continuing with a virtual/in person hybrid schedule. Meetings are in the evenings, usually starting at 7pm.
